Collection of Personal Information: We collect personal information from users accessing our LatePoint scheduling system, including name, email address, phone number, physical address, device information, browser information, and IP address. We also offer the option to synchronize with agents’ Google calendars.

Purpose of Collection: The collected personal information serves to facilitate meeting scheduling and customer registration. We provide the functionality to synchronize with agents’ Google calendars, enabling appointments made in our system to be automatically added to agents’ personal calendars.

Storage and Protection: All personal information is stored in our secure database, protected by appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of data.

Sharing of Information: The collected personal information is not shared with third parties, except for the optional synchronization with agents’ Google calendars.

Google Calendar Synchronization: We offer the option to synchronize our system’s appointments with agents’ personal Google calendars. This means appointments made in our system will be added to agents’ calendars. This synchronization is optional and can be undone at any time, both through our system and Google Calendar.

Legal Basis: We collect IP, device, and browser information for traffic analysis and site improvement purposes. Other information is collected based on user consent.

Data Retention: IP, device, and browser information are retained for one week. Other information is stored in our system until the user requests deletion.

User Rights: Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal information. These actions can be performed through the LatePoint system after registration.

Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to track user interactions with our site and enhance their experience.

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information): Under CCPA, California consumers can request disclosure of collected personal data categories and specifics, deletion of personal data, and opt-out of personal data sale.

GDPR Data Protection Rights: We want you to be fully aware of your data protection rights. Every user has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability.

Children’s Information: We also prioritize child internet protection. We encourage parents to monitor children’s online activity. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you suspect a child provided such information, please contact us immediately for its removal.

Changes to This Privacy Policy: We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. We recommend reviewing this page for changes. We’ll notify of changes by posting the new policy on this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
